1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how IGOLFBETTER, LLC ("iGolfBetter", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the iGolfBetter mobile application and the igolfbetter.app website (together, the "Service"). iGolfBetter is a subscription service providing golf instruction videos, drills, and training programs.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, provided when you create an account. Your password is handled and stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see or store it in plain text.
  • Subscription information: your subscription status, plan, and purchase history. Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card details.
  • Usage information: content you view and mark as a favorite within the app, used to provide app functionality.
  • Device and technical information: app version and platform (iOS/Android), used for compatibility and support.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To provide access to subscription content and verify your subscription status.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (for example password resets or account notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Service. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function:

  • Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and video content storage/delivery (privacy policy).
  • RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement tracking (privacy policy).
  • Apple / Google — payment processing for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email (privacy policy).

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Settings → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, login credentials, favorites, and subscription records from our systems. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel it in your store account settings. You may also request deletion by emailing info@igolfbetter.app.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@igolfbetter.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@igolfbetter.app and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers
